Ilio – dimmable LED floor lamp with ceiling light function The main feature of the Ilio floor lamp by Artemide is its simple, minimalistic appearance. The slender aluminium cylinder with high-power LEDs installed at the upper opening, shines its light at the top. This means that Ilio produces the same lighting effect as a ceiling uplight and, thanks to its relatively high luminous flux of over 3,000 lumens, it can also be used for general room lighting. In order to be able to adjust the high luminous flux individually, the floor lamp is equipped with a dimmer. Ernesto Gismondi, the designer of the Ilio floor lamp, founded Artemide in 1960, which today is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of designer lamps.
