Artemide Unterlinden pendant light aluminium 2700K

Unterlinden LED hanging light – antique beauty with modern lighting technology With the Unterlinden hanging light, the Herzog & de Meuron team of designers has achieved a symbiosis of an antique appearance – produced by the surface pattern of the lampshade – and the highest technological standards. The lampshade is made of aluminium and directs the light of the built-in COB LEDs directly downwards. It also aids heat dissipation at the same time. The Unterlinden hanging light, which was originally designed for museums, enhances any ambience with targeted lighting. It also acts as a decorative element of the interior design when it is turned off. Herzog & de Meuron is an architectural practice which was founded in Switzerland by two architects (Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron) in 1978. It achieved an international profile through the conversion of the Tate Gallery of Modern Art in London, the designs for the two stadiums St. Jakob Park in Basel and the Allianz Arena in Munich, the National Stadium in Beijing for the 2008 Olympics and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg. Well-known designers repeatedly work for the Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide. Many of the lights have been awarded design prizes and have been included in the collections of museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Galleria Nazionale d´Arte Moderna in Rome. – Made in Italy Energy efficiency class:A+
